Pre-Sale Property Preparation Checklist

A practical checklist to work through before your property goes on the market. Use it as a walk-through — from the street to the final clean — so nothing visible is left for buyers to notice on the day.

A presented home ready for listing photography

How to use this checklist

Work from the outside in, then finish with a final presentation pass. Tick each item as you go — if something is not relevant to your property, skip it. The aim is not to do everything, but to leave nothing visible that a buyer would count against you.

Print the checklist below and take it with you on the walk-through. Wolf can help with any line you would rather not do yourself.

Rather have one team handle it? Wolf can work through this whole checklist with you across Brisbane — cleaning, washing, repairs, painting and presentation.
